Check-in is self-service via a key box system: 48 hours before arrival, you will receive a code and further information by email. Simply enter the code into the respective key box to retrieve the key for your booked chalet. If your arrival is after 18:00, please notify us. - Check-in: from 16:00 or by arrangement
Check-out: by 09:00 at the latest - Tourist tax per person per day € 2.20 (from 15 years)

Please note: If your dog has to remain in the room alone, this is only allowed in a dog crate. - Firewood basket: from € 15 per basket & on request

Cancellations are only valid in writing! - From booking confirmation – Summer until 31 days & Winter until 60 days before arrival: no cancellation fees
- SUMMER: 30 to 8 days prior to arrival: 50% cancellation fee // 7 to 1 day(s) & in case of no-show or early departure: 90% cancellation fee
- WINTER: 59 to 14 days prior to arrival: 50% cancellation fee // 13 to 1 day(s) & in case of no-show or early departure: 90% cancellation fee
- Payment terms:
The deposit is 30% of the accommodation price and is due within 10 days after confirmation. We accept bank transfers for the deposit. The final bill must also be paid in full by bank transfer upon arrival.
